Good day I've been pushed and fell down where my leg is broken and send to hospital where I got treatment but iam still struggling with my wounds when the Giyani Magistrate court rul0that the accused is not guilty and walk free and my leg is broken and the expenses to attend hospital and this made me to be treated unfairly at the court of law because my witness's were never called, myself I've been called in the morning on the day of court that iam needed in court, J88 form were never collected at the hospital instead I've been told to collect it by myself and the hospital refused to hand it to me and said is the duty of the police officials, at the court iam told by the judge that I must withdraw the case as it is taking too long and I refused where they called me 'hard person to understand' I feel what I've experienced is unjust and need your intervention on this kind of matter contact no:0836974916 / Email ***BLOCKED-EMAIL-ADDRESS***
