Good day,
I got divorced in 2004 with settlement agreement stated that my husband need to pay the two childrens study policies with both of us being 50/50 beneficiaries. My daughter is turning 18 this month. What is my rights pertaining to the payment of the study policy and what can I do if he did not provide for the policy as requested in the Order
