Good day

I keep getting demands from a Computech credit services for apparently owing them R1245. 00.

I don't know who they are and have never took out a loan with them. 

I have a good credit record and Im scared that they might blacklist me. If I call the number, no one picks up or I hold for more than 15min. They dont respond to my emails. What should I do.
