My ex wants to have the kids he wants the house to be sold i cant qualify to buy a house i am blacklisted im currently staying in the house with my 2 sons and my father. He dont pay his half of children expenses as he say he cant afford it. Im expected to pay for all expenses for the kids...He pays the same amount in maintenace for the last 5yrs. He wants half of the property He did not maintaine it he ?id contribute to renovations that was done as the house fell apart. Its renovations that had to be done for making the house safe and comfertable. Like the fence example i payed for galvinised gates he drove it off he did not fix it or replace it. I had to have a garage door put on for our safety. He contributed nothing. But he wants half of the value after renovations that i paid for. I had to do tilling as tbere was vinyl on the floors. I had to do the bathroom is the goilet was leaking. I had to raise the fence in the yard for safety as the house was broken into before. I had to intsall an alarm for safety. I had to replace the ceilings in the lounge as the roof was leaking in winter and i had fix the leak. I want to know what will it cost me to get someone to assist me with this matter
