What is the procedure for grandparents to obtain custody of a child of 15. The mother (our daughter) is addicted to alcohol and prescription drugs and is making life hell for the child. He is desperate to break away and we are very concerned about the effect on him as he is saying he won't stay with her anymore, and wants to stay with us. We live on the same property, with her husband and his 17 year old son.
