Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
My baby daddy pastaway I was staying with her but we are not married so after his funeral his family is chasing me and my baby out of our home Wich we built together for our child we stay at municipal flat so we both don't have papers for that flat what should I do can I fight for what belongs to my child even the furniture we bought everything together but I no longer have slips coz we've been together for long time
