Question posted in the Divorce Law category relating to Gauteng
Good day,
Firstly I wanted to find out if it is within a clients right to have a copy of the their divorce settlement, after signing the settlement during a consultation prior the court date?
And, in the event of an uncontested divorce in a COP, no children involved and no spousal maintenace, is Legal aid in any way allowed to charge their client and have any claim to the valuables or money stipulated on the divorce settlement agreement?
