Good evening,
I am a beneficiary of my late Uncle's estate. The attorney in Port Elizabeth ( Walter Shear attorneys) who was dealing with the case from 2019 had said he was going to send the funds several times but never did , and seemed to be delaying things, and I have now found that he died in July 2023 . Who takes over the attorneys cases when he dies? Does it automatically pass to one, or do I need to instruct another attorney?
