Hello there. I need an advise

My son was corned at the shopping mall. The lady that found him crying, took him to the center securrity after calling me. When i arrive there, i went to securrity again to check if they checked their cctv foetage.
They were not so helpfull. I am not happy about the way they handled my son"s case. What can i do?
