Question posted in the General Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal
Hi.
I just needed to ask, the case is like this, I borrowed someone money and they had said they will give it back the next day. The problem is they live in another town and I only have their mobile number, is it possible to send a letter of demand if you do not know the person's home address and they are not employed (they get spousal maintenance and support from family because she always posts). She is just refusing to give me the money.
