I jst want to clarify how to go about this when lease is terminated for smoking marijuana in my apartment and since it's not easy to move as one needs to be ready financially. How do I go about this ever since I stayed here I've been smoking, now that there's a new caretaker and new neighbor I get terminated.
by smoking cannabis on the Leased Premises and thereby repeatedly failed to abide by the House

5. The Tenants’ continuous conduct have created a nuisance to the Landlord and the other tenants at the
property and further resulted in 2 (two) warning notices being issued to the Tenant dated 26 June 2024
and 17 July 2024, respectively. Despite the aforementioned notices, the Tenants have failed to comply
with the House Rules and/or the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement and the Tenants are
therefore in material breach of the Lease Agreement.
6. In light of the Tenants’ aforementioned material breach, the Landlord herewith TERMINATES the Lease
Agreement with IMMEDIATE EFFECT in accordance with clauses 18 of the agreement of lease.
on or before 31 August 2024 (“the Vacate Date”).
