Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
I was at FFS debt review in Oct 2017, then the person went to another comp and ask me to join her there. I asked her if that's allowed and she told me it's my right. She then canceled all my stuff at FFS. After joined them, I noticed that premie didn't went off at bank and contacted them. They said it will be decuted the next month due to admin. The month of Feb nothing happened again, and I phoned them again. After a while they told me I wasn't approved. Then a company called Dalleen Niewoudt In rustenburg help me, and I paid them R23000 for about 3 months. Then I started to get summons which I send to them. I lost all my assets and still need to pay outstanding g amounts. Is there anything I can do
