Good evening
I have been working for a company for two years. 6 months ago the company which previously had three directors was taken over by one. As from the time that this happened my boss has brought all his family in. I have questioned as the General Manager certain discrepancies which has resulted in my being targeted.
I was employed on an agreement that i would be paid overtime. This was then changed to days due in lieu of overtime worked. This has now been cancelled and I am being told I will not get my days for the past two years.
I do not believe I can work like this but do not want to resign until I know I will get my money as I will need it until I find another position.
I have much of the paper trail documented.
I am at the end of my tether and would appreciate any help I can get
