Good day,
Hope this finds you well.
Please urgently advise my mother passed away in 2001 while married to my father in community of property and they 2 houses one in the Limpopo villages and another in Gauteng. After approximately 2 years after my mother's death, my father re-married and has a son with my stepmother who has 4 kids excluding my father's son. Now my father wants to give away my mother's house in Gauteng and one in the villages to his son and excluding us the 2 daughters from previous marriage with the deceased.
Kindly advise how do I need to deal with this because I feel it is unfair on us as he is giving away my mother's property.
