Good day

Our court order reads that I (applicant) alone have to apply for school exemption evey year.  The resondent has now found out that school law states both parents must apply and he had to send his financials two weeks agao.

With the order in place it says that Resondent has to pay 50% of fees not exempted for applicant, but what if applicant gets exemption and resondent doesnt, dioes the applicant then have to pay 50% of the resondaents fee that wasnt exempted?

regards
