Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng

I have been living at this address for the last 21years. I am a loyal tenant. Since 2018 the owner of the small holding started renting the rooms of the houses to anyone legal or undocumented. A 3 bedroomed house is made into a 6 roomed accommodation. Only one bathroom for 19 tenants including children. I have had problems with the female tenant that moved into the kitchen room 6 of the house from day one. She is always drinking with family and friends sitting outside being drunk and unruly. We can't sleep we can't sit inside watching tv with her loud music screaming and shouting we can't sit down to lunch or dinner without her disturbing the peace. When you ask her to please turn down the noise, please do not be so loud, she would scream and curse at you non stop! I thought the Protection order will help to put an end to the continuous abuse of name calling of insults and threats towards myself and my son. I was forced to call the police for the fourth time today. She screamed and shouted so that I just could not get a word in edge ways. She continued to call me derogatory names in front of the Sergeant, why was she not arrested right there and then? I have called them 3 times since and she still swears at us. What am I to do?  She cannot carry on with this unacceptable behaviour. I have spoken to the Captain of the police station and I have WhatsApp the Station Commander but with no response. What am I to do?
