I am a tenant and have occupied the premises for a period of two years. we have never missed a rental or utilities payment since occupation. Our lease expires on the 15th November 2024 and according to the lease agreement a three months notice to cancel or vacate the premises must be given.  Is this legal or can i provide the landlord with a normal 30 day notice?
