Question posted in the Family Law category relating to Gauteng
I am currently pregnant and told father of the child who initially wanted nothing to do with the child. He has been insisting that we meet which I have refused since he does not want to state what else we need to talk about. He has been messaging and calling incessantly. A few hours ago, he gained access to my complex after I explicitly told me not to come. After I refused to let him it o my house, he followed on with threatening messages about me forcing his hand and him doing something he never thought he would have to. I do not know what he means by thatb but I do no feel safe engaging with him any further. I want to know what my legal options are in this case.
