Good afternoon.

On the 14th of October 2024 I was involved in a car accident.

I do not have insurance, and did submit a claim to the drivers insurance that caused the accident. (3rd party claim)

I have received a phone call from her insurance saying that their client claims that the accident was not her fault.  The insurance company wants me to get witnessess and camera footage of the accident, to support my claim.  And unfortunatley I do not have any of that.  I have photo's etc of the damage to my car, she was the person who did not stop at the STOP sign and "t-boned" me, I was almost out of the intersection when she just came right into me, she even got out of the car and said sorry she did not see me..  She already admitted that she was the one who cause the accident.  What are my legal steps to take in this matter?
