Good Day Mr Turner

Payment well receivedThank you very muchHowever  the amount you are paying is below criteria you have an arrears amount of R5 079,50 your monthly subscription is 608.95 paying R800 means you are only paying R191,05 towards the arrears amount. The problem is that the arrears amount is already handed over and is at a high risk of litigation kindly pay R2 108,95 to cover the arrears and the monthly or you can take advantage of the black Friday deals to settle the amount and take full legal ownership, or settle the arrears only and continue paying the monthly only until the end of your contract using the black Friday deals

DearMr Darryl Turner, Ref: 160066720. Teljoy's 2024 Black Friday discount campaign is now out,  with discounts up to 40% (Dependent on the outstanding balance) Say 'Yes' to this discount to bring your rental account back inline or to accelerate your rental period. 'Start 2025 on a clean slate' Contact Teljoy for assistance. Teljoy: 0860224466.

Good Day Mr Turner

Settlement Amount - R 3875.92, valid until the 27/11/2024pay this amount and receive the paid up letter giving you full legal ownership of the units

Good Day Mr Turnerwe will most definitely send the paid up letter/ ownership letter as soon as you send the proof of payment

Good Day Mr Turnerthank you very much for the paymentwill send you a statement

Good Day Mr Turnerwe have sent the matter to the relevant department we'll give feedback shortly.

Yes Sir the matter is settled on the legal side and is moved back to teljoy because they did offer a discounted amount on the arrears however I wasn't aware that you still have 11 months left on the contract and they have to look at how much was to be abated but the arrears is cleared on a discount

Good Day Mr Turner I've spoken to my superior regarding the matter a mistake was done a wrong account number was worked on and it's a human error to make mistakes, I noticed when I requested for the settlement letter  that I requested for a settlement offer on a wrong account, based on your contract the term will be ending next year October 2024, I do apologise for that Sir, however the arrears amount is settled and because of the units you took there's still an amount due but the matter is moved from legal back to teljoy

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Payment was made on the 27/11/2024 for the above amount from my Nebank account but they now refuse to furnish me with an ownership letter stating the made a mistake.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

I then sent them the following whatsapp

Not acceptable, I will be pursuing further legal advice. This is the second incident.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

What I want:

I want my ownership letter as stated in the settlement agreement.

I had to borrow the money from my employer to pay the settlement so they have putting me futher into debt and causing undue stress and haedship on my family.
