Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to Gauteng
I needed your advice and assistance. There’s a lady I’m renting with, she bought purity at Usave near us yesterday and when she was kid feeding her baby, she realised there were black things coming out of the purity, it’s rotten but it says the expiring date is next year on October. She still has the slip and when she went to usave they said they can only refund her the 13' but we wanna sue them. Can we win
