Question posted in the National Credit Act Law category relating to Western Cape
Good Day,
I have a personal loan with Absa, but my mother in law and husband is sitting without a job at the moment. I am unable to make the full restructured payment every month and can only afford to pay R100.00 at this moment. They told me that the min repayment per month is R4500.00, which I cannot afford at the moment. They told me that after this If I cannot make payment then this would be legislation and then a summons would be dropped of by me. What does this mean.
Thank you.
