I am a tenant to a flat . My leasing agent was national letting. Because of the exhortant fees to my electricity bills i complained to the owner who decided to use another agency which is skye letting. When i approached national letting for my deposit they refused saying they have no proof that another agency was handling the flat. The owner had given them a written letter stating he wont work with them anymore, now after one year i am still fighting for my deposit. Each time i call national letting they come up with an excuse. Now i am moving into another apartment and i contacted national leting for my deposit, they tell me that when i move out they will have to send someone to inspect the premises and depending on that they might refund me my deposit. what must i do in this case.
