GOOD DAY
My name is Marcia in 2012 i bought a house from an individual we did make an affidavit with her and i paid all the money that she wanted unfortunataley tittle deeds are not yet out and this month she come back she wants he rhouse back i told her i dont have problem giving back but she has to repay my money plus interest and all the renovations but apparently she is not willing to do that

please assist on what can be done she has sent me sms to tell me i have to move out within 4 months.
