Admin please remove if not appropriate. 

Need your guidance and advise guys.

I sister bought vehicle from a well know RENT TO OWN OR RENT TO BUY company based in Menlyn pretoria.

She is delayed with 13th check getting paid Friday. 

She did missed 2 payments. She did undertaje to settle full arrears on receipt of 13th check but because of previous failed arrangements not responding to her. 

They sent her sms and email to hand in vehicle in 48 hours.

Can they uplift repossess vehicle without court order? Or summons
