Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng

My soon to be Ex struck up an intimate relationship with a friend of mine who then started spreading lies about me and causing drama. I messaged her to stop spreading lies and she responded that i have no photos of knowledge of anything between her and my soon to be ex so i sent her a photo of herself that she had sent to him, she is in her unnderwear and i sent it to her phone as a one time view image. I clearly stated in the message that i have seen the photos and that she should just leave my name out of her mouth, but that i will not be sharing these photos with anyone. It was just for her to see that i am not lying and so neither should she.

She now said she is going to sue me as she took a screenshot of the photo i sent back to her.

Does she have grounds to sue , even though i clearly stated that i will not be sharing these images and i have not threatened her in any way.

Thanks
