Good Day,


I entered into a business with 2 other members( about 46% share with the other two owning 28% and 26% respectively) I own . The company is a liquor store and we are resgistered as a PTY LTD . The shop is currently npt doing well so I requested that I be bought out so I can exit the business . The other 2 directors advised they are no finanncial position to buy me out and are not willing to sell the business either . They are now bulling me and will not negotiate my exit as they need my share . Please can you advise what my options are in order to exit the business and recover some of the money I have put in .
