Puchased a brand new vehicle from Tommy MARTIN ,General Motors on Ondekkers avenue.Brand New vehiicle came with two dents which was not picked up during pre delivery inspection and service, or at delivery. Complained about dents on a new car (OPEL ASTRA 2.0 OPC) and dealership continued and registered vehicle. I purchased nabrand new vehicle but got given a dented vehicle which is not what Ipaid for or expected from the Tommy Martin GM (S.A.). MRMARTIN the manager at the dealership was rude , racist , condescending and making derogeratory comments to myself,Dr J.Ramjee.(I was not born yesterday, I was born in 1936.//customer(J.Ramjee )is unreasonable repeatedly.mr martin's first comment was 'you can forget about any discount or anything , all I AMobliged to do is to repair dent and nothing else. mr martin has forgotten that his dealership has sold me a new vehicle and not a damaged vehicle. what is my recourse?
