Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Western Cape
I have a very noisy neighbour who doesnt listen to the requests to keep the noise down. Landlord, not body corporate has asked but the tenant doesnt listen to him. What is my next step as I dont feel the landlord is doing enough to take responsibility of the tenant.
