Question posted in the General Law category relating to Western Cape

Hi there, I own an entertainment booking agency, which I'm planning to convert to an online artist booking platform. Currently in the booking process I act as the agent in traditional terms; on the new system the client and artist will basically engage directly with each other, by corresponding via the online booking platform, and when a booking takes place, the agreement will be between the artist and client direct. So my role will be that of facilitator / marketer. The system will provide guidance in terms of offering the tools to conclude the booking and agreement, but the agreement remains between the artist and the client.

Although many of the clauses in our current booking agreement will be suitable and usable for the agreement I'd like to offer the artist on this platform, I will need some revised clauses which reflects the role of my business, and the responsibility of client and artist. I would imagine that someone with an onlne law background may be able to assist?
