Question posted in the Divorce Law category relating to Western Cape
I am wanting to know what can I do if my ex-husband does not stick to the divorce agreement? He left a car to me in the divorce agreement which he has not changed into my name nor given to me. He has driven it into the ground that it is not working at the moment. I have two kids to transport around and I am struggling. He has left me with a car that is not in either one of our names and its costing me a fortune every month to have it fixed. What do I do? He is also not paying their school fees/school clothing or medical bills?
