Question posted in the Criminal Law category relating to Free State
I am a victim of being wrongfully terminated, and now left with no dignity. I have been humiliated and tortured by policemen all that for...
It all started when I got a job with an electric supply company, my seniors started to claim money shortages almost aall the time they came to collect money, and that led them to deduct my money which got me too much astonished. One day it happened that the very same shortage occured and also accused of indirectly lurring gangsters in to steal money and I was given a written warning. It happened that after a while i was again blamed for huge amount of money shortage and i was told telephonically that was suspended with no hearing date or anything. I then decided to go report to the CCMA offices.
Everything went well as for me i thought the CCMA will do their job until the end, but happened was that i went back to work knowing that the case is still on, after a week or so they hired a security guy, his job came up about because the community got angry at my fellow colleague's bad service so they threatened to burn the electric station, that guy didn't work long enough until he got suspended /dismissed that I 'm not sure of, what really grept my attention was they asked me to sleep at the station to just guard the place.
Alright that was never a problem to me but only packed my things(bed) there at the station but that week my mom and dad had a misunderstanding that leaded my mom to go home(parents house), fortunately that day i decided to go be with my sibblings since well I am the older guardian at that time, and then again my dad is a taxi driver and will simply be home late so i had to see them through as to what are they going to eat. Only to find out that that very same night there was a break-in at the station worse those people aimed straight at the safe and were never aware of the loose coins worth thousands on the til. I was the first worker to see what had happened on the crime scene that morning since well It was my shift.
I then called the head office no one answered, called my employer on his mobile and he didn't pick up my calls. I then called my colleagues and fortunately she answered and I told her what has happened, surprisingly she called our seniors and they finaly answered their phones...but how shocking they never got back at me -the very same person they asked to guard the station and who is on the crime scene that very same morning. Alright the police came and the first thing the other policeman said was '(My name)today I am going to arrest you ', in an emphasized attitude way. We (Seniors,me and my two colleagues) all went to the police station we all gave our statements but come to my surprise I was taken in for questioning and tortured by unknown policemen not working in our station, they swore at me and even swore my mother's private part. The next morning they released when they heard have a lawyer who called in for me.
They even told them they didn't arrest me at all,and now i need to know what expect in court?
