Question posted in the Insurance Law category relating to Gauteng
If a person is driving down a road, and a vehicle parked on the side of the road just suddenly without warning or any indications makes a U-turn in front of you not giving you enough time to prevent an incident from occurring, which driver would be in the wrong? Or is it true that no driver has an absolute right of way?
