I need assistance regarding the Consumer Guardian Services.
In 2008 my husband went into bussiness with a friend wich did not work out as we hoped for.
We got in trouble with the extra payments on the bond and received a letter stating that the bank is going to take the house back. We decided to go for debt review because we didn't want to loose the house.
A few years ago my husband and I were seperated. People from an auctioneer company told me to vacate the house due to the fact that the house went on auction and people bought the hous. In that time I sequestrated myself because I was the a single parent and could not afford to pay all the debts. My husband and I stayed in seperate places.
In all these years we were brought under the impression that our house was sold on an auction until a few day ago my husband received a sms. I contacted the person and then found out that the house is still en our name and is going on an auction on the 27th of May.
These people offered there help but there is also a forensic investigation to be done due to the fact that the back wants to use a six year old action to put the house on auction and there is also according to this gentleman fault with the interest on the bond.
We really want to keep the property as I said we were brought under the impression that the property was sold a long time ago.
Is is save to use Consumer Guardian Services?
