Good Morning, Can you please assist us with the following.

My Daughter has a son with her friend they were to marry but he decide it's not for him. She moved back with us in house she always insist on him seeing the baby so he can be part of his live so he can fetch him every second weekend . This was ok for a few month's . Then he start staying away for 2 month before fetching the baby which upset the baby cos he does not recodnise him. When he brings him back after the weekend we struggle for 2 days to get him settled since he woke up at night with screems.

After this last event they decide that it's best if he sign the baby over to her. She told him he would still have visiting rights but he decide he rather stay away. After this he keeps changing his mind sending sms'e back and forward hurrasing her. One day he does not want anything to do with her and the baby next day he wants to marry.

He send her an sms saying she must get the paper work together he wants to sign the baby off since he can't support him financially.

Can you please assist us in this matter.

We need to see a lawyer for the paperwork aswell as what to do about the financials . Can someone please contact us to make an appointment.

Kind Regards.
