Good day, I have EFT an amount of R21 000.00 to Defencex account. RAWA is doing the administration of the claims. The d day was 31 Augustus 2015. They admit that we do not have to give the proof of payment. When I register I put the wrong amount and date. This was done in 2013. This morning I received a sms that my claim was rejected. I never received sms's before stating that the amount and date is wrong. I called my bank to send me a proof of payment. When I called RAWA and told them that I got the proof op payment from my bank can I forward that to them. They refuse to accept it.

They must have the payments on records. What can I do they don't answer their phones.
