Question posted in the Divorce Law category relating to Gauteng

I caught my wife cheating on me online with a guy, I don't have evedince of phisical cheating but I do have the messages, I have tried to talk to her to resolve it maybe seek profesional advise but she is not willing. We are married out of community without accrual. She did pay a monthly ammount to help cover some of the expenses like insurance, medical, house ect ect, basicly a lump some each month which I then distributed to where needed. I bought the house before we got married.

So my question is leggally what can she try and get out of me financilly? Can she claim money back. I see this as general living expenses. She does have a job with about 40% of my salary, and luckily there are no kids involved.

Kind regards
