have a policy with you
please can you advise me on the following


I am currently staying with my in-laws and my father in- law passed away 2 months now , the house is a sectional title property and they were married in community of property
Will the house automatically be put on to her name has he didn’t have a will
What will be the procedure to get it transferred into her name
