Good day, kindly assist. I met a Body Lab representative in Kempton Park Mall. He advised me that they were having a free trial and then a 6 months contract (family gym where you can bring kids and they will be having someone to babysit) of which I was happy to sign for. I went to the gym several times but whenever I had brought the kids I was told that no one is available to look after them. I then decided to cancel their 6 months contract that I had taken, to my surprise I was told that I had signed a lifetime contract and they cannot assist me to cancel. I then relocated to KZN, I received a call from Body Lab saying I need to pay for the gym of which I disputed and said I will not pay for something that I was misinformed to take. I begged them to cancel the contract so as I can pay whatsoever was outstanding by then. To my surprise after good full 3 years of not hearing anything from them today I received an sms from Flemix and Associate, I called them and they are saying I owe them R16000. I am afraid this will ruin my ITC as I am saving to buy a house further more I have debts and can’t afford to pay R16000 of the services that I never used and was misled to take, please help I need to get out of this mess.
