Question posted in the General Law category relating to Western Cape

I have started a business and asked a friend to assist by joining me. I made the conditions that she would be accomodated but have to work under my company name and that she has to promote the products for which I have an agency. This is the first month. There was numerous comebacks and when I tried to discuss it with her she made it clear that I have no say and those complaining need to takeit up with her as she works for herself. I am considering giving her a contract to sub-rent floor space with conditions or to ask her to leave. What is the legal implications and what is my rights. Also what is the dangers of postponing this and allowing her to operate like this?
