Hi  i need advice my landlord illegally evicted myself my kids and husband...landlord selfhelp her by throwing our belonging in the street and we have a lot of damage and some of our things is still in the house this all happened under national lockdown level 3..we only did not pay rent april may and june but my husband got paid end of july so he had a income again to pay....so can i sue the landlord

When did this happen? Recently? If so, you must immediately go to the Magistrates Court and apply for a Spolication Order.
