Question value: R 300.00

I have a virgin active account that has been bought by that so called entity of MBD.

My contract was supposed to be a one year contract but was turned into a two year contract on closer inspection after 20 days. The consultant advised me to change it to Discovery health vitality benefit to change it to a one year contract but alas the consultant moved on to green pastures when wanting to change the membership benefit.

Am I liable for the full amount of the 2 year contract ? And why should I pay for something that I don't have anything to show for it . ( If I pay for the arrears then I should have access to the gym ?)

Kind Regards
