Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
Im a store manager in Cosmo my shop was robbed I was held at gun point then later on my operational manager was arrested in connection of robberies three weeks later warehouse manager and dispatch manager were on the run and cought... So now today the owner of the company came to accuse me of benefiting from the robbery he said they had confessed. My question to him was why am I not arrested if those people wrote a statement to police that means police should have arrested dme long ago. So he said he don't trust me he just don't know what to do with me. With suck accusation. I'm asking if I can sue him for defamation of character?
