Hey. I have been suspended for almost two weeks son that a case of sexual harassment can be investigated. The acusation was made by ban employee that was in a hearing for being abskond for six days. How ever now they have charged me with 4 accusations of sexual aresment. 2 of those is for things I said but didn't think any thing of it at the time. The same two people asked me advice in the past about there personal life which I tried to assist. Then one is saying I looked at her in a improper way and always waited for her and said that I was in love with her. Except these aligations they included three work charges that involves a bucket that didn't have enough sanitizer , expired stock that was found one box in bakery and a temperature check that wasn't signed of for two days. I am a service department manager three departments. I feel I'm being targeted to loose my work. One the first acusation of sexual aresment the girl says I took her home but have clear avedince that I didn't. So now I have all these charges and my hearing is Monday coming andbi was told a CCMA comisioner would chair. So is it allowed for an company hearing for a ccma comisioner to chair. And then how do I proof my inosince of the three other girls that say I arrest them which I didn't. And why all of a sudden so many charges. Please advice
