My husband and i signed offer to purchase,but the seller wanted r200000 we counter offered him r150000 and signed offer to purchase with an addendum at the sellers real estate office. We are first home buyers and are not familiar with the processes. I would like to know what happends now,can seller refuse offer? And what do we do then
