I'm starting my own company and am offering financial advisers with consulting services to help them educate their clients on relevant information to their clients.

I want to contact his clients as a specialist company and not as someone that is part of the financial adviser's brokerage. Does the financial adviser need to get permission from all his clients before I can contact them or email them?

Can I email his clients on his behalf to introduce my company and let them know that my company will be sending them emails to educate them? Every piece of communication will have an unsubscribe link, so his clients can choose to not receive emails from my company if they wish.
