Question posted in the General Law category relating to Western Cape
Hi There
I am looking for advice about bringing a product into South Africa.
The product is Cannabis oil that varies in form(Mints, Vape oil, Creams etc...)
I am trying to find something substantial to prove that the product i am trying to bring in is legal. It contatins no THC, so no physocative properties. It is a CBD only product, legal in many countries and from what i can tell, legal in SA too. But still need something to prove it.
Adivce, or a document proving that for example, if the product contains less than X amount of X, then it's allowed.
Not sure if that helps.
Look forward to your response.
Brad.
