Question posted in the Insurance Law category relating to Gauteng
How can I get a sample Letter of Demand that needs to be written to the person that hit my vehicle for a 3rd party claim and a Letter of Demand to the broker of an insurance company as I don't want to put the incorrect info in the letter. I'm still waiting for the broker to let me know to whom I need to do the letter.
