Hi there. I am recently separated from my husband. We've been married 7 years. A couple of questions I need answered please. 1 On 11 April 2011 he beat me up badly that I ended in hospital so I'm sure I could get the reports. He beat me up 3 years later when I went to stay with a friend. Is it to late to lay charges? 2. He has never paid me a sent maintenance as he says he's a pensioner and he doesn't have to. I have proof that he is now self employed plus copies of his bank statements. 3.:he cancelled my med aid today and I have diabetes. Can he do this?

I really hope I hear from you soon.

Regards

Lindsay Meyer
