On the 24th August my son was knocked down by a car, he sustained leg injuries. The driver off the car just drove away. Witnesses managed to give me a name off the person that knocked my son down, and I found him within minutes of accident happening. His response to me was “a grin and your son was in the way” and an argument between us started. I walked away to get my phone to take pictures of his vehicle registration which I got, he then told me to meet him at the police station. He drove behind me when we approached the police station he drove away. I opened a case, but what will happen from here onwards?
